Cancellation & Refund Policy / (रद्दीकरण और रिफंड नीति)

English: We aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation & refund process.

Hindi: हम पारदर्शी और न्यायपूर्ण रद्दीकरण व रिफंड प्रक्रिया प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं।

1. Cancellation / रद्दीकरण:हैं:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour if not shipped.
अगर ऑर्डर शिप नहीं हुआ हो तो 1 घंटे के भीतर रद्द किया जा सकता है।

2. Refund / रिफंड:

If cancelled, refund is processed within 7–10 working days.
रद्दीकरण की स्थिति में रिफंड 7–10 कार्यदिवस में किया जाएगा।

Refund is done via the original payment method (through Razorpay).
रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम (Razorpay) से ही किया जाएगा।

3. No Refunds / कोई रिफंड नहीं:

Custom-made or digital items are non-refundable.
विशेष रूप से बनाए गए या डिजिटल उत्पाद वापसी योग्य नहीं हैं।
